No cancellations, refunds or credits. Substitutions welcome.

No cancellations, refunds or credits. Substitutions welcome.  (Cancellation Fees / No Shows will be noted on the specific event registration. 

Education Classes

General Education Course

Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to course date to receive a full refund. Substitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed at full price.  Email: info@gbaa.biz

Lunch & Learn Education Seminar

As most of our “Lunch and Learn” seminars are sponsored by Supplier or Management Companies, there is generally no cost to the attendee.

However, cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the course date.  No-Shows will be billed for the cost of lunch and/or if there is fee associated with the “Lunch and Learn”.  Email: info@gbaa.biz 

Dinner Meetings

No cancellations, refunds or credits. Substitutions welcome.  However, cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the dinner meeting date.  No-Shows will be billed for the cost of dinner.   Email: info@gbaa.biz 

Maintenance Mania

Sponsors: No cancellations, refunds or credits. 

Participants: Cancellations must be received in writing 7 days prior to the event date. Substitutions welcome. No-shows will be billed $25.00 per registration. Email: info@gbaa.biz
