We are a group of multi-family, commercial, hospitality and historic building renovators. 550 Construction, and its diversified team, provide cost-effective solutions while maintaining oversight of the day-to-day challenges property owners must overcome throughout the renovation process. Our clients rely on the unique skills of the 550 Construction Team to complete projects on time, within budget and according to the Scope of Work. We renovate and restore multi-family, commercial complexes of all types, and historic buildings throughout the Southeastern United States. Our services include fire restoration, insurance repairs, roof replacement, siding replacement, exterior painting, structural repairs, ADA compliance renovations, leasing office renovations, interior renovations, preventative maintenance training, and leasing/sales training. 550 Construction adheres to OSHA Standards in order to provide a safe working environment for your tenants and employees.
